All-Inclusive Options for Fully Inclusive Travellers

To simplify its all-inclusive offers for the travel trade and clients, Beachcomber has adopted the name "Beachcomber All-Inclusive Packages" to replace what were formerly referred to as "Serenity" at Le Victoria and "All-in-One" at Le Mauricia and Le Canonnier. The new brand comes into effect on November 1st 2009. Each hotel retains its own specifics with regard to the inclusions on the packages. |
Shandrani Resort and Spa offers Serenity Plus, a fully inclusive rate which covers all meals, drinks, most sports, entertainment and services. Service and standards throughout the hotel remain at the highest levels of five-star comfort. Rates quoted include the following:
- Breakfast at a choice of 2 restaurants
- Lunch at a choice of 3 restaurants
- Dinner at a choice of up to 5 restaurants (subject to seasonality)
- Unlimited imported wines, local and imported spirits & French champagne by the glass during the inclusive hours of the Serenity Plus package
- Unlimited soft drinks, fruit juices & bottled water
- Snacks at all bars between 15:00 - 17:00
- Pancakes between 15:00 - 17:00
- Mini bar - soft drinks, fruit juices, water, beer & wine (replenished once a day)
- Beach & poolside service
- Room service (tray charge is applicable)
- One complimentary 45 minute massage per adult per stay (minimum 4 night stay)
- Free and unlimited access to a 9 hole mashie course
- Free bicycles
- Free collective lessons for golf, tennis and aerobics as per hotel schedule
Clients will be entitled to the applicable "All-Inclusive Package" from the time of arrival until the time of departure, regardless of official check in and check out times.
Rates which include the Early Bird discount are valid only should full payment be received by Beachcomber 30 days prior to departure.
The optional "All-Inclusive Package" should also be purchased in advance and must apply to all adults and children travelling together in a party for the entire stay. While most of the inclusions are the same as the "All-Inclusive Package" there are a couple of added value items such as a selection of imported brands on the bar lists. Clients will be entitled to the "All-Inclusive Package" from the time of arrival until the time of departure, regardless of the official check-in and check-out times *

- Unlimited selected beverages at Le Corail Bleu Bar incl. a selection of imported brands

Supplement per person per day - where free nights are offered on the land packages, the"All-Inclusive Package" is also free of charge.
I.E:
Pay 6 = 7 (only 6 days are charged on the all inclusive package).
Pay 8 = 10 (only 8 days are charged on the all inclusive package).
Pay 11 = 14 (only 11 days are charged on the all inclusive package).
"All-Inclusive Package" supplements:

Including ‘Early Bird' discount: Adult: R398 (payment due 30 days prior to travel)
Guests purchasing the "All-Inclusive Package" options are issued with cards resembling credit cards to identify them at bars and restaurants. Inclusions may vary from hotel to hotel and clients should check the availability of the optional inclusions during the day in order to get full value for money.
Guests at Le Mauricia and Le Canonnier have an option of purchasing an "All-Inclusive Package" which covers most meals and drinks for the duration of their stay. However, the standard package is available for those not wishing to pay the all-inclusive rate. The "All-Inclusive Package" is purchased in advance and the rates must apply to all adults and children travelling together in a party for the entire stay. The all inclusive packages are operational from 14:00 on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon on the day of check-out.
Highlights of the "All-Inclusive Package" include:
- Choice of 2 restaurants for lunch
- Unlimited selected house wine & drinks during lunch & dinner
- Unlimited selected drinks from the bar lists between 09:00 - 23:00 incl. a selection of local beers, tea, coffee, soft drinks, cocktails & local liqueurs (excluding night club)
- Sandwiches at the bar between 10:00 - 16:00
- Pancakes between 16:00 - 18:00
- Picnic baskets
- Mini bar (replenished once a day)
BEACHCOMBER ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE is fully interchangeable between Le Mauricia & Le Canonnier Hotels
Guests will be entitled to the applicable all-inclusive package from the time of arrival until the time of departure, regardless of official check in and check out times.

Including ‘Early Bird' discount: Adult: R293 (payment due 30 days prior to travel)
