Amy - 12 years Old

Dad seriously what's not to like? I love the way that when you arrive everyone is so friendly & says bonjour. Mauritius just smells different dad, it smells fresh & new. I also can't believe how everyone on the island smiles all the time and is so friendly. I love the bus trip to the resort, especially when we stop at the Supermarket & I can get my first orangina of the holiday. I love the gifts that they give us at the resort when we get there. My best is renting the bike for a week at Paradis & being able to have my freedom for the holiday and to go wherever I want whenever I want. I love the slush at the Kids Club, the pizza on the beach, the pineapples that the man cuts into a cone, the delicious salads that the beach vendors make for us, the pancakes at tea. Dad do you remember that I also learned how to water-ski & wakeboard in Mauritius? I love the "pirates" that take us on all the rides and my best was feeding the fish with bread near coconut Island. Mauritius was also the first place that I ever dived with the dolphins & although I was a bit scared it was great to see all the families playing in the water. Dad basically what I am saying is please don't stop taking us to Mauritius for our Holidays. I know that we don't always say thank you, but it really is my best place on earth.

James - 11 years Old

Dad you know why! James I have to write a blog for beachtag so I really need you to think about why you love Mauritius. Ok Dad so if I give you 10 reasons you will be happy. Yes. Ok the 10 best things about Mauritius:
1. I love the golf course at Paradis & the fact that they allow us to play as juniors without making us feel bad, I made my first par in Mauritius aged 7.
2. That beach party we had was the best night of my life.
3. Everyone always looks so happy & friendly in Mauritius.
4. The buffet means that I can eat what I want basically every night.
5. The boat men let us help them often with getting ski's and are just nice to us, they also taught me how to do a 180 on the wakeboard.
6. The fishing is great and we always catch something.
7. I love the freedom of doing what I want in such a nice place.
8. Our family is the happiest in Mauritius.
9. The pancakes at tea are my best!
10. I just love spending time with my family & friends in my best place on earth.
