I am not sure about you but I am really looking forward to Next Year’s World Cup. I think that it will be an incredible four weeks and an ideal opportunity for South Africa to showcase itself as a World Class Destination. I recall the vibe and energy of the Rugby World Cup in 1995 and this promises to be ten times bigger. I was also very lucky to have attended the 2006 World Cup in Germany & if we can put up a show half as good as that it will be absolutely outstanding. Naturally being a very proud South African, I have a feeling that ours in 2010 will be even better.
Anyway I digress, did you know that 3500 beds have been booked for FIFA in Mauritius during the World Cup? I have heard a lot of people saying that they want to take their families away for some of the period given the fact that all the children will be on Holiday at the same time. These beds are a significant number for Mauritius and it will be vital to get your booking in early due to this pressure. If you are thinking about Mauritius in June or July next year please contact us early as all of these spots should be taken up quite early.
Added to this is the additional issue of Easter, did you know that instead of a broken up eight week Easter Holiday as per normal that next year’s Easter school Holiday for the ENTIRE country is only two weeks?
