It was FABULOUS! Even better than we thought it would be. What a place!
We took a risk and decided on a 4pm wedding-Perfection! The dear Lord blessed us with a full day of sunshine and hardly a breath of wind. We even got a sunset!
Once Im back down on earth I will send you more details and some photos. By the way the staff and our photographer were absolutely TOPS! Chat very soon and thanks for everything.

Many thanks once again for all your efforts and assistance. Our enjoyment of this holiday was in no small measure due to the exemplary manner in which you and your colleagues at Beachtag put it together and in your case particularly, your willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate unscheduled changes to the program and to get back all possible refunds. You may rest assured that whenever we decide on another trip or whenever friends and acquaintances are considering holidays, your name will be mentioned with the highest degree of confidence.
Shandrani was, in a word, spectacular. Well appointed rooms and facilities, sporting equipment in excellent condition, very good service and a cuisine to die for. The only (and I mean only) small criticism is the limited number of TV channels. But I suppose when the weather is good, you don,t really need TV, although it would have been nice to have. The facility of checking out at 12h00 and nevertheless being entitled to the use of a departure lounge with shower and changeroom facilities and at the same time continuing to enjoy the dining and bar facilities is a particularly nice touch.
Many thanks also for obtaining the refund and it is this type of superlative service to which I was referring earlier.

Hi Sharon,
We had a great holiday. We loved Le Cannonier - The food was great, cocktails were great. we were also glad we went on All inclusive as we didn't have to worry too much about spending.
It was a really nice place and there were a lot of families with young children which Chloe loved..
The only down side was that the swimming was not so nice because of the all the volcanic rock around.
One day we went to go check out Le Maurica - we were really glad we did not stay there - we did not like it at all we find it too busy and we did not enjoy the loud music coming for the bar.
It also does not have a lot of space and there is a lot going on in the bay - speedboating etc..
We thought that the Shandrani was amazing - we had a really good time there.
The nice thing about the Shandrani is that it is so big so you really can chill in different places.
The food and drink was excellent there aswell.
If we went again i don't think we would stay at Le Cannonier again. We would probably opt for something on the East side of the island.
We took a drive down there and it looked amazing..

Mauritius - Shandrani was excellent and I have no doubt we will return one day before too long. It catered for all four of us in its different ways and will go down in the memory book as a special place. Thanks for all your help. Until the next time - take care
