Helga and I got back late on Thursday night after a fabulous week at Le Victoria. Highly recommend the hotel, it was absolutely everything we could have asked for.
We took the Isle Mauritia - a beautiful old sailing vessel, on a full day of sailing, lunch in the beach - really wonderful. I preferred it to the Catamarans. Although a couple who did both said the scuba diving from the Cat was far better.
I have recommended you to several people and I will definitely be going back but from Cape Town on Air Mauritius this time rather than via JHB.

It was fantastic thank you. What a stunning hotel. The people were so friendly and everything was wonderful. We popped to Le Cannonier as well for the day and had a fabulous time. Also did the Cateraman trip to Ilot Gabriel and snorkelled. Other than that we chilled at the beach and round the pool etc
Once again, thanks for your assistance and help and advice - especially with the passport - what a drama!!
We will be going back at some stage and we will definitely go through Beachcomber again

Our enjoyment of this holiday was in no small measure due to the exemplary manner in which you and your colleagues at Beachtag put it together and in your case particularly, your willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate unscheduled changes to the program and to get back all possible refunds. You may rest assured that whenever we decide on another trip or whenever friends and acquaintances are considering holidays, your name will be mentioned with the highest degree of confidence.
Shandrani was, in a word, spectacular. Well appointed rooms and facilities, sporting equipment in excellent condition, very good service and a cuisine to die for. The only (and I mean only) small criticism is the limited number of TV channels. But I suppose when the weather is good, you don,t really need TV, although it would have been nice to have. The facility of checking out at 12h00 and nevertheless being entitled to the use of a departure lounge with shower and changeroom facilities and at the same time continuing to enjoy the dining and bar facilities is a particularly nice touch.
Many thanks also for obtaining the refund and it is this type of superlative service to which I was referring earlier.

We had such a wonderful time in Mauritius. The locals there are super friendly and helpful. They all work together as a team and it works Le Mauricia was fantastic. Beautiful place and excellent service. And the buffet - oh my word. Delicious! We both put on quite a bit of weight. We really enjoyed the live entertainment every night and the shows they put on as well. We really enjoyed just being able to relax and also participated in all of the sports they had available. I must say that the service and friendliness from Mautourco was also outstanding.
We did however get extremely sick after a lunch we had outside of the hotel. We spent one whole day and night in bed but recovered quickly after that.
All in all - a fantastic trip.
My husband recently broke our fridge magnet that we had bought and I told him now we have to go back to buy a new one
Looking forward to the next time!

It was awesome. Sorry to have taken so long to reply. I came back to work only this week and have barely had chance to come up for air.We loved it though, didn't want to come home (as usual). The hotel was great, a lot more chilled than Sofitel in my opinion, and the food...well what can I say. Really had to hold back sometimes otherwise they might have wanted to charge me for two seats on the way back!
Thank-you so much for all you did for us and, believe me, we will be knocking on your door as soon as the bank balance allows.

Net om baie dankie te sê vir 'n onvrgeetlike vakansie. Jammer ek kom nou eers terug na jou toe maar het eers Gister begin werk. Was vanaf Mauritius saam met my man na sy ouers in Zambie.
Jou hulp en besprekings was van die beste wat ek nog gesien en beleef het. Ek het al vir 'n hele paar van my vriendinne jou besonderhede gegee om besprekings te doen.
As ons ooit weer na enige ander bestemming sal gaan sal jy beslis die besprekings doen. Selfs met ons vervoer vanaf die Lughawe na hotel het jy moeite gedoen.
Hoop 2010 is jou geseendste en gelukkigste jaar ooit.

Oh, we had a fabulous time, we were so depressed when we had to leave, the resort was lovely, We shopped like maniacs, and made so many friends, I went clubbing, and there was this 24hour shopping festival going on, from the cocktails on the beach to the sunset dinners....we had a ball. I want to go back.
The all inclusive was definitely worth it.

Mauritius truly was magnificent and Le Canonnier is a top notch destination. Having been to Le Victoria, Shandrani and a day visit to Le Mauricia, we can truly say that Le Canonnier beats them hands down on atmosphere, entertainment, beauty, cuisine and friendly staff.
For any future wedding and honeymoon bookings we would highly recommend the wedding coordinator named Ajay at Le Canonnier. We were also impressed by the Hotel's local wedding photographer

Our holiday in Mauritius was great and the wedding was beautiful. We all had a great time and enjoyed every minute. The stay at Le Victoria was amazing, it is truly very well run and of very hi standard. We were so spoilt for choose at mealtimes, the food is GREAT. O, and the Oringina, what can I say!!!!!! That's about all we had to drink.

We had a great holiday. We loved Le Cannonier - The food was great, cocktails were great. we were also glad we went on All inclusive as we didn't have to worry too much about spending. It was a really nice place and there were a lot of families with young children which Chloe loved.. The only down side was that the swimming was not so nice because of the all the volcanic rock around.
One day we went to go check out Le Maurica - we were really glad we did not stay there - we did not like it at all we find it too busy and we did not enjoy the loud music coming for the bar. It also does not have a lot of space and there is a lot going on in the bay - speedboating etc..
We thought that the Shandrani was amazing - we had a really good time there. The nice thing about the Shandrani is that it is so big so you really can chill in different places. The food and drink was excellent there aswell.
If we went again i don't think we would stay at Le Cannonier again. We would probably opt for something on the East side of the island.
We took a drive down there and it looked amazing..
